¶ 1 TMT Bear Creek Shopping Center, Inc., filed this suit against PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc., alleging that PETCO breached a commercial lease agreement between the parties. After PETCO failed to appear or otherwise respond to the summons and complaint, the trial court entered an order of default and default judgment against PETCO.
