¶ 1. Peggy Bowden requested a hearing before the Lawrence County School Board when it approved the superintendent's decision not to renew her employment. The Board upheld the decision. Bowden appealed to the Lawrence County Chancery Court, which likewise affirmed the Board's decision. Bowden appeals and argues the Board's decision should be reversed because it was arbitrary and capricious...
