¶ 1 Appellant, Tramayne Blackwell, appeals from the order of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas,1 dismissing his petition under the Post Conviction Relief Act (PCRA).2 In this case, in dismissing Appellant's first PCRA petition, the trial court erroneously informed him that his counsel had withdrawn from representation, when counsel had not.
