The defendant is a 15-year-old female charged with Attempted Murder 1st, Robbery 1st, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, and Conspiracy 1st. On April 12, 2007, the Court conducted a Suppression Hearing wherein the defendant argued that her statement given to the police was inadmissible because she had not waived her Miranda Rights.
