BENTON, Circuit Judge.

Walnut Grove Partners, L.P., and Urban Development Corp. (collectively Walnut Grove) sued American Family Mutual Insurance Co., for a declaratory judgment, claiming breach of contract, statutory bad faith, and breach of implied-in-law duty of good faith. The district court1 granted summary judgment to American Family. Walnut Grove appeals. Having jurisdiction under 12 U.S.C. § 1291, this court affirms.
