This litigation arose from an amended petition for involuntary bankruptcy filed by the Plaintiffs-Appellants, Riverview Trenton Railroad Company ("RTRR") and Crown Enterprises, Inc. ("Crown"), and two other entities against DSC, Ltd. ("DSC").
