This is an action for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff, a store patron, who claimed to have sustained injury when she slipped and fell while shopping at defendant's store. Following a trial by jury, plaintiff was awarded $115,000.00 in general damages, $110,000.00 in future medical expenses, and $143,766.30 in past medical expenses.
