The dispositive issue in this certified appeal is whether the Appellate Court properly concluded that the named plaintiff was not entitled to a jury charge, pursuant to General Statutes § 52-114, that the named plaintiff's decedent was presumed to be in the exercise of reasonable care.1 We answer that question in the affirmative and, accordingly, we affirm the judgment of the Appellate...
