INTRODUCTION

Jose Angel Garcia appeals from the judgment of the review panel of the Nebraska Workers' Compensation Court affirming the trial court's denial of Garcia's motion for waiting-time penalties and attorney fees. For the reasons set forth herein, we dismiss the appeal and the cause is remanded with directions.
