OPINION

PORTLEY, Judge.

¶ 1 We are asked to decide whether the trial court committed reversible error when it failed to hold an evidentiary hearing to determine whether it was necessary to use a stun belt on Defendant Lonnie Bassett. Because we find under the facts of this case that the trial court did not err, we affirm his two first degree murder convictions and resulting life sentences.
