VÁSQUEZ, Judge.

¶ 1 A Pima County grand jury indicted appellant Enis John Cheramie for transportation of a dangerous drug for sale, possession of drug paraphernalia, and second-degree escape. Following a jury trial he was convicted of possession of a dangerous drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, and third-degree escape. On appeal, Cheramie argues that possession of a dangerous drug is not a lesser-included offense of transportation...
