The appellant, Antonio Jermaine Flake, was convicted of trafficking in marijuana, a violation of § 13A-12-231(1), Ala.Code 1975, and failure to affix tax stamps, a violation of § 40-17A-9, Ala.Code 1975. He was sentenced to 10 years' imprisonment on each conviction, the sentences to be served concurrently.
