In this action on a lease, defendant, Bill Rigell (Rigell), appeals the trial court's judgment awarding plaintiff, R.G. Claitor's Realty (Claitor Realty), $12,428.55 in attorney fees and $2,772.72 in costs and expenses, plus interest. Additionally, Claitor Realty appeals the trial court's judgment, seeking an increase in the amount of attorney fees and requesting additional attorney fees for work performed on appeal.
