The state charged Farah Abshir Warsame with one count of domestic assault and one count of making terroristic threats. The charges related to an incident with Warsame's girlfriend, N.A. At a Rasmussen hearing, the district court concluded that most of N.A.'s statements to the police were inadmissible at trial. The state appealed, and the Minnesota Court of Appeals reversed...
