¶ 1 We are asked to decide whether the superior court erred by denying the State's special action request to compel two La Paz County Justices of the Peace to adjudicate complaints issued by law enforcement officers for attempted possession of marijuana and attempted possession of drug paraphernalia, both class one misdemeanor crimes.
