In this juvenile court action, the father, Johndale Hendrick, appeals the trial judge's issuance of a protective order following his determination that Mr. Hendrick sexually abused his minor daughter, A.H. The trial judge awarded sole custody to the mother, Brandy Hendrick, with supervised visitation with her father, restricted by provisions contained in the protective order, which remains in effect until the child's 18th birthday.
