OPINION BY BOWES, J.:

¶ 1 Derek E. Carver appeals from the judgment of sentence of fifteen to thirty months imprisonment that was imposed after his ten-year probationary term was revoked based on one positive urine test and pre-probationary illegal conduct. We reverse and remand.
