Stephen Gould petitions this court for a writ of certiorari to review a circuit court order that denied his petition for writ of habeas corpus. Mr. Gould filed his habeas corpus petition in the circuit court to review the first appearance magistrate's finding of probable cause to support Mr. Gould's arrest and continued detention.
