The plaintiff G. Clinton Merrick1 appeals from the judgment of the trial court denying his application to vacate an arbitration award in favor of the defendants, Pearson C. Cummin and Christopher P. Kirchen. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly denied his application to vacate the arbitration award because the award violates Connecticut public policy.
