Specifically, this appeal involves the somewhat confusing intersection between Edy's own ongoing efforts to avoid removal to Nigeria and the separate efforts of her United States citizen son, Chy Chy Ikenokwalu ("Chy Chy"), to secure an immediate relative visa on her behalf.
