INTRODUCTION

In this action, Plaintiffs seek to compel arbitration of labor-relations disputes with Defendant Carlisle Power Transmission Products, Inc. ("Carlisle"). Carlisle has moved to dismiss, arguing that Plaintiffs released their claims against it and, accordingly, it has no obligation to arbitrate Plaintiffs' claims.
