OPINION BY BENDER, J.:

¶ 1 James J. Burke (Burke) appeals from the judgment entered on November 21, 2007,1 confirming an arbitration award that involved Burke's claim for underinsured motorist benefits against Yenason Mechanical's (Employer) automobile insurance policy issued by Erie Insurance Exchange (Erie). We affirm.
