GALWAY, J.

The defendant, Hanover Insurance Company, appeals the decision of the Superior Court (McHugh, J.) finding that an exclusion in the policy issued by the defendant was void and ordering the defendant to pay the plaintiff, Scott A. Murley, $5,000 for medical payments. We affirm.

The trial court found the following facts. The plaintiff purchased an insurance policy providing $100,000 in personal liability, $100,000 in underinsured motorist coverage...
