Now before the Court are Defendants' motions to dismiss, under Rules 12(b)(2), (6), and (7). (Docs.88, 105, 111). In a second amended complaint, Plaintiffs have alleged violations of consumer protection statutes, negligence, and unjust enrichment and have requested injunctive relief and monetary damages.
