¶ 1. Plaintiffs Danny L. DeGraff, Nancy R. Degraff, and MBS Hardware & Lumber, Inc., appeal from the trial court's order in this quiet-title action. The court determined that, pursuant to the terms of their deed, plaintiffs possessed a twenty-seven-foot-wide triangular easement on land owned by defendant Norman Burnett, which they could use for garage space and storage of lumber.
