Appellant Tobias Brown appeals the trial court's summary denial of his rule 3.850 motion for post-conviction relief. Brown pleaded guilty to the charges of conspiracy to commit murder and solicitation to commit murder, and was sentenced to twenty years on two counts, sentences to run concurrently.
