Defendant Michelle Willis pleaded guilty to interstate transportation in aid of unlawful activity, contrary to 18 U.S.C. § 1952(a)(3). The charge arose out of defendant's agreement to help drive Jerry Rodriguez, her then-boyfriend and a crack dealer, and several of his confederates from Wisconsin to the Upper Peninsula ("U.P.") of Michigan to distribute his product.
