The claimant, Thomas Potenzo, appeals from a judgment of the circuit court which confirmed a decision of the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission (Commission), denying his claim for benefits brought pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act (Act) (820 ILCS 305/1 et seq.
