E.C. Styberg Engineering Co. ("Styberg") sued Eaton Corp. ("Eaton"), claiming that it breached a contract to buy 13,000 transmission components from Styberg. After a bench trial, the district court found that no contract existed and entered judgment for Eaton. Styberg appeals, and, for the following reasons, we affirm.
