In this successive appeal, Criss E. Duncan challenges the reasonableness of his sentence of 457 months' imprisonment on the ground that application of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1)(B)(ii)'s mandatory minimum sentence of 360 months' imprisonment resulted in an unwarranted disparity between his sentence and the sentence received by his codefendant, Ralph Berkey, Jr. For the reasons set forth in this opinion, we conclude that the sentence imposed is reasonable...
