Fred Gilbert (Gilbert) appeals the district court's1 summary judgment in favor of Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC) on Gilbert's claims of racial discrimination and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e to 2000e-17, and the Iowa Civil Rights Act (ICRA), Iowa Code chapter 216. We affirm.
