[¶ 1] Kathleen Benham appeals from a summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (Franklin County, Jabar, J.) in favor of Morton & Furbish Agency and Aline and Rheal Caron on Benham's complaint for negligence and breach of warranty of habitability.
