Delete the paragraph at slip op. 8861 beginning "The Rooker-Feldman doctrine holds that" and the paragraph at slip op. 8861-62 beginning "Here, the state court stated" and replace with: "The Rooker-Feldman doctrine . . . is confined to . . . cases brought by state court losers complaining...
