Thomas and Patricia Bowser (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Bowsers"), seek review of a district court judgment in favor of the Appellee, Crescent Vans, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Crescent"), granting an exception of no cause of action and a motion for summary judgment, and dismissing the Bowsers' claim for non-pecuniary damages.
