Todd Nosa appeals from his conviction and sentence, following his guilty plea, for credit card fraud. He contends the district court abused its discretion by not allowing him to exercise his right to allocution, his guilty plea was in violation of his Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination, and he received ineffective assistance of counsel.
