Frank Bernard Corbin was convicted of DWI, fourth offense in violation of La. R.S. 14:98(E). He received a sentence of 10 years' imprisonment at hard labor, the first 60 days to be served without the benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence and a fine of $5,000, to run consecutively to the prior sentence imposed for an earlier conviction of DWI, fourth offense.
