PER CURIAM.

The trial court entered a final order terminating J.C.'s parental rights to her child, D.H. We affirm the final order terminating J.C.'s parental rights in all respects except one. DCF concedes that the trial court erred by terminating J.C.'s parental rights based on abandonment, as set forth in Florida Statutes section 39.806(1)(b), where this ground was not pleaded as a basis for termination in the petition and DCF failed to seek amendment of the petition...
