Garwood, and Noreen Wogan filed a "CLASS ACTION PETITION FOR DAMAGES" against John Kennedy, in his capacity as Treasurer of the State of Louisiana, and as Administrator of Unclaimed Property (state); and against the State of Louisiana through the Attorney General.
