OPINION BY POPOVICH, J.:

¶ 1 Appellant Edward F. Lazarski, Jr., appeals the entry of summary judgment in favor of Appellees Archdiocese of Philadelphia, Cardinal Justin Rigali, and Cardinal Anthony Bevilacqua. We affirm.
