STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Defendant Charles Robertson appeals his convictions for dealing in methamphetamine, a Class B felony, and possession of chemical reagents or precursors with intent to manufacture, a Class D felony. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
