Randall Wayne Evans, Jr. was terminated from his employment with the Louisiana State University Agriculture Center (the "Ag Center"). He appealed the termination, and after a hearing before a referee of the Louisiana Civil Service Commission (the "Commission"), Mr. Evans' job was reinstated. The Ag Center appealed the referee's decision to the Commission, and the Commission upheld the original termination...
