Pursuant to two plea agreements, Nicholas Peck pled guilty to one count of sexual exploitation of a child, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2251(a), one count of possession of child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a), and one count of distribution of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
