We review a stipulation filed by the Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) and Attorney Charles J. Chvala pursuant to SCR 22.121 requesting this court to suspend Attorney Chvala's license to practice law in Wisconsin due to his professional misconduct for a period of two years, retroactive to April 10, 2006.
