This Court granted certiorari to the Court of Appeals in Young v. State, Case No. A06A1562 (Decided November 27, 2006),1 to consider whether the Court of Appeals correctly held that the defendant waived his right to challenge the lack of a search warrant. For the reasons which follow, we affirm.
