Plaintiff, Rivers McLain, and defendant, Chad Terro, appeal the judgment of the trial court dismissing the plaintiff's claim against Louisiana Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company (Farm Bureau).1 For the reasons that follow, we dismiss the appeal as moot.
