RUFFIN, Judge.

Albert Gerald Cole pleaded guilty to possessing cocaine with intent to distribute and speeding. He appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to withdraw his plea. Finding no error, we affirm.

The record shows that the trial court appointed an attorney, John Connolly, to represent Cole. Approximately two years later— and five days before his trial began—Cole retained a new lawyer...
