Mytosha Merritt appeals from the district court's1 order granting summary judgment in favor of Albemarle Corporation (Albemarle), on her claim that she had been constructively discharged in violation of the Arkansas Civil Rights Act of 1993, Ark.Code Ann. § 16-123-101, et seq. We affirm.
