At issue before us is the application of 42 U.S.C. § 1981 to a claim for discrimination arising out of a verbal contract for the delivery of food. Plaintiff-appellant Valerie Kinnon appeals from the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendant-appellee Judith Gopman.
