Mack were both convicted by a jury of first-degree premeditated murder while armed,1 possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime of violence (PFCV),2 and two counts each of three weapons offenses: carrying a pistol without a license (CPWOL),3 possession of an unregistered firearm (UF),4
