Following a jury trial, defendant Yoshiaki Shinohara was found guilty of five separate counts of child pornography. The trial court entered judgment on each of the five counts, but only sentenced defendant on count I, which was child pornography based upon possession of depiction by computer of any child engaged in any act of sexual intercourse (720 ILCS 5/11-20.1(a)...
